By using Staylayer, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with its intended purpose — facilitating referral relationships between property managers, local businesses, and guests.

Staylayer is provided on an early access basis. Features, pricing, and functionality may change. We will communicate material changes directly to users.

Commission rates and payout terms are agreed between property managers and local partners directly within the platform. Staylayer earns a platform fee on each successful referral booking, disclosed during onboarding.

You are responsible for the accuracy of booking information you log. Misrepresentation of booking values or referral codes may result in account suspension.
