General platform terms
Acceptance of terms
By creating a Staylayer account — whether as a property manager or local business partner — you agree to the role-specific agreement applicable to your account type. Both agreements are binding from the moment you activate your account.
Intended use
Staylayer is designed for one purpose: facilitating referral relationships between short-term rental property managers, local business partners, and guests. Use of the platform for any other purpose — including generating artificial attribution activity, spamming guests, or misrepresenting business relationships — violates these terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
Early access
Staylayer is currently in early access. Features, pricing, and terms may change before public launch. We will communicate all material changes directly to active users before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Privacy
Our data practices are described separately in our Privacy Policy. By using Staylayer, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
